A Mikóháza felett magasodó Palacka-hegyen Trianon-emlékhely és kilátó várja a kirándulókat, utóbbiról az elcsatolt zempléni területekre lehet rálátni.
A Hegyköz peremén magasodó Palacka-hegyen Trianon-emlékmű, kilátó, pihenőhely és hazai gyümölcsfajtákból álló gyümölcsöskert várja a túrázókat.
Palacka-hegyi kilátás
Az emlékmű melletti, faszerkezetű kilátóból a zempléni tájat kémlelhetjük. Leginkább kelet felé rajzolódnak ki a környező hegyek: a trianoni békediktátum során elcsatolt felvidéki területekre láthatunk rá. A Ronyva túlpartján a Zempléni-szigethegység szelíd vonulatait követhetjük végig, aljukban szőlőbirtokok húzódnak. Dél felé fordulva a Magas-hegy emelkedik túl a mikóházi dombokon. Tiszta időben a Zempléni-szigethegységtől nyugatra a Vihorlát hegység sziluettje is kirajzolódhat a távolban.
Trianon-emlékmű
A trianoni békediktátum 100. évfordulóján, 2020. június 4-én adták át a palacka-hegyi Trianon-emlékművet. Az emlékmű három részből áll: talapzata egy 8,5 tonnás szikla, ezen helyezkedik el a zászlótartó rúdon lobogó zászlót formáló, gránitból és onixból készült emléktábla, melyen megjelennek a történelmi és trianoni Magyarország területei-határai nagyvárosaink és Mikóháza elhelyezkedésével együtt. A zászló tartórúdjának tetején a Szent Korona, rajta pedig turulmadár látható. Az emlékművet fából készült, 12,5 m magas országzászló öleli körbe.
Mikóházi tanösvényhálózat – pecsétgyűjtőknek kötelező
A trianoni emlékhelyet a Trianoni tanösvény érinti, azonban Mikóházáról további tanösvények (Baratla, Debra-völgyi, Fekete-hegyi és Haris tanösvények) indulnak, melyeken az egész környéket felfedezhetjük. A tanösvényekhez a mikóházi turisztikai füzet nyújt segítséget, amit a Mikóházi Községi Önkormányzatnál szerezhetünk be. Amennyiben a füzetbe begyűjtjük a tanösvények egyes állomásain található pecsétlenyomatokat, kitűzőt és tollat kapunk jutalmul. A trianoni emlékhely kilátójánál található az egyik pecsételőhely.

- A Mikóháza, vegyesbolt megállótól a P jelzéseket követjük déli irányba: elhaladunk előbb a református templom, majd a pincesor mellett. A pincék után ágazik ki jobbra a Trianoni tanösvény útvonala, a KT jelzések vezetnek fel a palacka-hegyi emlékhelyhez (1,8 km, 90 m szintemelkedés).

- Az autót a református templom mellett, a Petőfi utcában kialakított parkolóban célszerű hagyni.
