Every first Sunday of the month starting in April, you can expect artisan crafts and culinary delights. Local exhibitors present their products. There are regional samples, coffee and cake, as well as simple snacks. Drinks of all kinds are always available.
The Jost Mill in Minihof-Liebau is a functioning watermill and a true gem for mill enthusiasts. Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of the mill and experience firsthand the journey from grain to bread.
The tours are tailored to your interests: Whether it's grain and flour types, their identification and use, nutrition tips, or cooking and baking courses, there's certainly something for everyone!
The smell of freshly baked bread will make your mouth water and invite you to taste.
