„Összkomfortos" pihenőhely áll a Varbóra tartó műút mellett, turistautak csomópontjában, és közel fekszik hozzá az időszakosan működő Csókás-forrás. A csókási táborban esőbeállót találunk padokkal, asztalokkal, kijelölt tűzrakóval.
A Kis-fennsík „stratégiai helyszíne" a csókási tábor, ahonnan a Forrás-völgy felé, az Udvar-kői-barlang, a Kő-lyuk vagy Lillafüred, esetleg a Lencsés-forrás irányába térhetünk a szentléleki vagy varbói út felől. Másik irányban a Magos-kő – Örvény-kő – Szentlélek vonalon mozoghatunk, de a lillafüredi Pisztrángkeltető is karnyújtásra van.
A csókási tábor rossz idő esetén jól jöhet fedett pihenőhelyként, de asztal és pad kényelme kínál lehetőséget piknikezéshez is. Az elhanyagolt épületegyüttes egykor vándortáborok éjszakázóhelye volt.
A tábor mögötti lankás helyoldalon fakad a Csókás-forrás, amit a P● jelzésen érhetünk el pár perces sétával. A forrás időszakos, ne számítsunk rá feltétlenül, de csapadékos időszakban lehet vizet venni a foglalásból. A forrás vize a Csókási-visszafolyóban, a közeli töbör mélyén nyíló barlangban lép be újra a föld alá.
