Megdöbbentő méretű, beszakadt sziklaüreg sötétlik a Kis-fennsík bükkösében, mely a hegység egyik legérdekesebb karsztformája - különlegessége abban rejlik, hogy felszíni és felszín alatti jelenség is egyben.
A mohos sziklákkal körbevett, tölcsérszerű mélyedés egy gigászi torokban tűnik el, melyet a helyi természetjárók „Dante poklának” neveznek. Találó a név: a párkányokkal lépcsőzetes sziklatorok ugyanis egy sziklaboltív alatt fatörzsekkel és kőzetblokkokkal teli, csarnokszerű teremben végződik. Az Udvar-kő valójában egy beszakadt barlangi terem; a sziklafalakat barlangi képződmények: kalcitkiválások és borsókövek borítják. A legalsó terembe is egy sziklaboltív alatt jutunk, ahol sekély üregek nyílnak a falban. A beszakadás egyedi, szurdokerdőhöz hasonlító klímája a falakat benövő buja vegetációnak ad otthont. Hóban gazdag telek után itt még tavasz végén is találni összefagyott havat, és a hőmérséklet nyáron is kellemesen enyhe marad, mert a mélyedésben megül a hűs levegő.
Bámulatos, kicsit hátborzongató látvány, amilyenhez fogható nincs még egy a hegységben. Segítségével képet kaphatunk arról, mi rejtőzik a talpunk alatt egy ilyen karsztjelenségekben gazdag mészkőterületen.

- A Lillafüredi Állami Erdei Vasútról a Pisztrángkeltető megállóhelyen érdemes leszállni.
- A Miskolcról induló 15-ös busszal a Pisztrángkeltető megállóig utazzunk.

- A Dante pokla a Kis-fennsík belső területén, nagyjából mindentől távol helyezkedik el.
- A kisvasút megállójából a pisztrángtelepen átvágva térünk a P+ jelzésre, ami a barlangig vezet (2,6 km, 141 m szint).
- A buszmegállóból az útra merőlegesen, északi irányba induló P+ jelzéseket kövessük a barlangig (2,5 km, 138 m szint)!
Parking
- Közép-Garadna megállóhely mellett találunk útszéli parkolóhelyeket, akárcsak a közeli Újmassán.
