Honosná rekonštrukcia pozdvihla národnú pamiatku - renesančno-barokový zámok v Haliči na lukratívne miesto oddychu a zážitku. V súčasnosti je to luxusný hotel s reštauráciou pre všetkých, ktorí chcú zažiť „genius loci“ i precítiť ducha pôvodných obyvateľov.
Klenot Novohradu nájdete na juhu Slovenska, v dedinke Halič, 8 km od mesta Lučenec. Začiatky histórie zámku v Haliči siahajú až do 12. storočia, pričom od 16. storočia do polovice 20. storočia bol majetkom šľachtického rodu Forgachovcov. V roku 2018 a po 10 rokoch rekonštrukčných prác otvoril renesančno-barokový Zámocký hotel**** Galicia Nueva brány pre širokú verejnosť.

V obci Halič môžete zaparkovať priamo pod zámkom na Zámockej ulici, kde je rozsiahlejšie parkovisko. Odtiaľ je to len pár metrov chôdze k zámku Halič (cca 5 minút).
Ak si chcete prechádzku predĺžiť, vyberte sa do zámockého parku, ktorý je vzdialený 2,4 km od zámku alebo skrátenou 300 m trasou po schodoch vedúcich priamo od zámku do parku.
