Szentendre belvárosa alatt, a kerékpárút mentén találjuk ezt a szabadstrandot a Dunán.

Szentendrén a Rózsakerti lakótelep szomszédságában találjuk a szabadstrandot. A vízben bóják, a parton táblák jelzik a terület határait. A meder gyorsan mélyül, ráadásul sodrása is van, így a fürdőzés inkább úszni tudóknak ajánlott.

A parton fákkal árnyékolt füves területet, ivócsapot, zuhanyzót és öltözőfülkét találunk. A nyári szezonban büfé is működik itt, ami meleg ételekkel és hűtött italokkal várja a vendégeket. A vízpart meredeksége minimális, így az evezősök is gyakran állnak meg pihenni, falatozni, fürdőzni a strand mellett.

A HÉV- és buszállomásról délkeleti irányba indulunk, átkelünk a Dózsa György úton, majd balra a Dunakorzóra fordulunk. A jobbra kiágazó Strand utcán jututnk a szabadstrandra (600 m, szintemelkedés nélkül).

Parking

A Dunakorzó és a Strand utca elágazásában óriási parkoló áll az autóval érkezők rendelkezésére.
