A beautiful line and climb, combined with the shortest approach in the Sarche valley. But experience is required here. We present the »Il sole« only because it is a prime example of the development style of this first ascender group. The rock quality clearly improves after the first rustic meters, unfortunately the protection does not.

This route had to be chosen because of the accommodation and is therefore very long. The first section is easy and beautiful in terms of landscape, then follows a short, merciless descent, partly built to be "car-friendly." The path to "Dolomiti" is normal; here a taxi (up to 7 people) can be ordered for the 7.5 km of asphalt. The Fiume Sarca valley is also a very beautiful natural experience. The exit to the village is not very well marked; according to the map, you end up in front of a locked high gate. The detour over the moraine dam adds another 1 km to the route.
