Az önálló kis ház 5 férőhelyes, teljesen felszerelt és kényelmes akár egy éjszakára akár egy hétre érkezünk. A 64 m2 alapterületű ház egyben kiadó.
Két hálószoba van, a nagyobb helyiségben egy 180 cm széles franciaágy míg a másik helyiségben két egyszemélyes ágy áll rendelkezésre. Ha szükséges az amerikai konyhás nappaliban a kanapé egy 130 cm fekvőfelületű ággyá alakitható, így egyszerre maximum 5 felnőtt kényelmes elhelyezésére van lehetőség. A konyha gáztűzhellyel, hűtővel, mikróval és kávéfőzővel felszerelt, ha valaki a pihenés közben főzőcskézésre vágyik arra is lesz lehetősége. A zuhanyzós fürdő teljeskörűen felújított, minden vendéget tiszta ágyneművel és törölközővel várnak.
A nappaliból nyilik a 25 m2 –es terasz, ahonnan csodás kilátás nyilik a kertre és a Papaj-hegyre. Jó időben bográcsozni, grillezni és szalonnát is lehet sütni.
