A vendégház egész évben fogadja a baráti társaságokat, aktív túrázókat, horgászni/vadászni/sportolni vágyókat és a természet szerelmeseit egyaránt. A szálláshely két szinten hat szobával, négy fürdővel, két jól felszerelt konyhával, tágas terasszal várja a betérő vendégeket. Az emeleti szobák légkondicionálóval felszereltek.

A vendégháznál lehetőségünk van finn szaunázni, a kertben pinpongozhatunk, grillezhetünk, legkisebbeket játszótér várja.
Májustól szeptemberig tartó időszakban a 8888 Vendégház szomszédságában található Zöld Zóna Büfében alkoholos-, alkoholmentes italok, frissítők, snackek, csokik és napi ajánlatként borkorcsolyák is elérhetőek.
Lispeszentadorjánon keresztül halad a Rockenbauer Pál Dél-dunántúli Kéktúra és az Olajos Körút - Papp Simon útján, P jelzésű turistaút is. A Dél-Zalai Erdőtáj Kerékpárút egyik kiemelt állomása.
