Die Berghütte San Marco liegt an den Dolomiten-Höhenwegen Nr. 3, 4 und 5. Monte Antelao, Sorapiss-Stock und Marmarole sind von dort zum Greifen nahe. Mögliche Touren mit dem Rifugio als Start- oder Wegpunkt sind zum Beispiel die Sorapiss-Umrundung, die Marmarole-Umrundung oder eine Tour zum Antelao-Gletscher.
