The Ringelsberghütte is located far above the roofs of Frankweiler on the Ringelsberg of the same name. With its unique panoramic terrace overlooking the Rhine plain, the Ringelsberghütte is not only a destination for hungry hikers, but also for those hungry for a view.
On Sundays, hearty hut dishes, cakes and Frankweiler wines attract hikers to the hut.
Various events take place at the hut throughout the year:
Hut party: last Sunday in June
Moonlight party: during the summer holidays
Slaughter party of the male choir: first Saturday in November
Slaughter party of the PWV: between the years
Opening times
The hut is open on Sundays. On public holidays and during vacations, the hours are irregular; please check the opening hours on the PWV Frankweiler website (www.pwv-frankweiler.de)
