    Bei Hitze hat es diese Etappe in sich. Wir haben ab dem Tiroler Kreuz den Bus bis zum Sessellift in Dorf Tirol genommen und sind anschließend entspannt mit toller Aussicht nach Meran geschwebt. Der Anstieg von Lana nach Völlan fordert nochmals einige Schweißtropfen. Auch für diesen Abschnitt gibt es eine Alternative mit dem Bus.

    Der Aufstieg zum Spronser Joch ist gut zu bewältigen. Der Blick auf die Seen ist eine Augenweide. Der gepflasterte Weg hinunter zur Bockerhütte macht das Gehen allerdings nicht unbedingt leichter. Dafür wartet dort eine gemütliche und ursprüngliche Hütte. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr nett und bieten einfachen, aber völlig ausreichenden Komfort mit sehr leckerem Essen.

    Eine wunderschöne, abwechslungsreiche Strecke: Die Berglandschaft, die Seen, die Aussichten, der Hangpfad am Hans-Frieden-Weg... Da weiß man gar nicht, was am schönsten ist! :-) Absolute Empfehlung!

    Schöne aussichtsvolle Touren. Die Kilometeranzahlen stimmen aber nicht unbedingt. Teilweise ~5km mehr einplanen. Nicht alles begehbar gewesen, wegen Wetter oder Baumaßnahmen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

    Den Romedius-Pilgerweg bin ich inzwischen dreimal gegangen: 2017 und 2018 jeweils allein und nun im September 2026 ein weiteres Mal mit zwei Freundinnen. Der Weg ist für mich eine gut machbare, aber durchaus anspruchsvolle Tour. Gute Kondition, Trittsicherheit und alpine Erfahrung sollte man mitbringen. Besonders gefällt mir die Streckenführung. Viele Abschnitte verlaufen auf alten Wegen. Auf solchen Pfaden zu gehen, gibt dem Weg für mich einen besonderen Charakter. Auch die Querungen von Innsbruck und Meran sind durchdacht und fügen sich stimmig ein. Der Weg ist gut markiert, GPS kaum gebraucht. Die Übernachtungen habe ich bei allen Touren im Voraus gebucht. Der Romedius-Pilgerweg verbindet für mich auf besondere Weise Natur, alpine Landschaft, Geschichte und das eigentliche Pilgern. Vielen Dank an die zwei Wegbereiter für diesen schönen Weg und für all die Arbeit, die dahintersteckt. Weitere Infos bei den einzelnen Etappen.

    Ein schöner, abwechslungsreicher Spaziergang, der uns vor allem in und oberhalb von Meran gefallen hat. Beim Abschnitt rund um das Schloss Tyrol zum Dorf Tirol war unserer Meinung nach etwas viel Asphalt, aber dennoch war die Tour schön zu gehen.

    schöne Laufstrecke mit wunderschöner Aussicht ins Windschgau und über Meran. Lauf am besten früh morgens machen (7 Uhr), da dann der Hauptteil der Strecke noch im Schatten. Die Sonne ist ende Mai bereits kräftig am heizen.

    Der Weg ist super schön, aber es gibt keine einzige Kneippanlage … Wir sind aber 4:30 Std. gelaufen, in 2 Std. unmöglich zu laufen! Man sollte schon etwas geübter sein, da der erste Teil nur hoch und dann nur runter geht. Kniekranke würde ich es nicht raten.

    Schöne Runde mit toller Aussicht und vielen Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr. Der Weg ist nicht anspruchsvoll und für Jedermann geeignet. Wir haben etwas mehr als 3,5 Stunden (netto) benötigt. Auf dem Algunder Waalweg wir es mit den vielen Spaziergängern sehr eng.
