Discover the region

Situated on the edge of the Kraichgau, Kronau offers visitors the opportunity to explore the picturesque surrounding countryside. The region is characterised by rolling hills and idyllic landscapes that invite you to go hiking or cycling. These activities are particularly recommended in spring and summer.

But there is also much to discover within Kronau: Among the best-known sights is the Schlossgut with its historic buildings and impressive castle tower. St. Bartholomew's Church is also worth a visit - here you can not only admire sacred works of art but also take part in church services.

Culture enthusiasts should definitely visit the annual "Kronauer Kulturtage" - a festival with concerts, theatre performances and readings for every taste.

But what would a trip be without culinary experiences? In Kronau you will find numerous restaurants serving regional cuisine such as hearty Palatinate specialities or fresh fish from the nearby Rhine.

And if it should rain? Don't worry! The indoor swimming pool "Aquarado" invites you to swim a few laps and relax in bad weather.

Where is it most beautiful in Kronau? A particularly beautiful place is the castle park with its old trees, the pond and the historic buildings. Here you can unwind and enjoy nature.

Overall, Kronau as a destination offers a wide range of possibilities for a varied holiday. This travel guide is designed to help you get the most out of your stay!
