Start/Finish: S-Bahn station in Bad Schönborn (Mingolsheim)
The Letzenberg is a mountain at the transition between Kraichgau and the Upper Rhine Graben. The pilgrimage chapel "Seven Sorrows of Mary" is located on the peak of the 247 m high mountain and is a visible landmark of the town of Malsch, which lies on the southern side of the mountain. Intensive viticulture is carried out on the slopes of the Letzenberg.
The 38 km cycling route "Around the Letzenberg" circles the Letzenberg. It starts at the S-Bahn stop in Schönborn and leads via Östringen to Eichtersheim in the Angelbach valley with a remarkable moated castle. From Eichtersheim it then goes through the Appelbach valley to Wiesloch and from Wiesloch via Frauenweiler and St. Leon-Rot back to the starting point Bad Schönborn.

Directions:
The starting point of the circular route is at the S-Bahn station in Bad Schönborn (Mingolsheim). You first follow the cycling route signs towards Mingolsheim/Östringen, passing through the district of Mingolsheim to the thermal bath "Thermarium." Past the bath, continue straight ahead on the signposted cycle path towards Sinzheim via Östringen to Eichtersheim in the Appelbach valley.
From Eichtersheim, you cycle along the small river Angelbach on a path marked with a bicycle symbol, which starts behind the castle garden in Eichtersheim and partly runs on the old railway track of the side line Wiesloch–Waldangelbach, passing through Mühlhausen, Rotenberg, and Rauenberg to Wiesloch.
In the town center of Wiesloch, follow the cycle route signs to Frauenweiler. You cycle via Schlossweg, Gartenstraße, Dr. Martin Luther Street, and Schwetzinger Street to the roundabout at Hotel Ifen, where you then turn right towards Frauenweiler.
At the exit of Frauenweiler, follow the cycle path to Rot, which you reach via Friedhofsstraße. In the center of Rot, cross the main street and cycle, following the signs for Kronau/Mingolsheim, through the golf course of the Golf Club St. Leon-Rot back to the starting point, the station in Bad Schönborn (Mingolsheim).
