Discover the region

Geographically, Imsbach lies at the foot of the Donnersberg and is surrounded by picturesque forests and hills. The region is known for its breathtaking scenery as well as its numerous hiking and cycling routes.

Tourist attractions include the ruins of Falkenstein Castle and the historic church of St. Martinus. Cultural highlights can be experienced on a guided tour through the old town centre or discovered on a visit to the local history museum.

When it comes to culinary specialities, you should definitely try the regional wine, which thrives particularly well here due to the mild climate. Hearty specialities such as Saumagen or Palatinate liver dumplings are also on many menus.

The best outdoor activities can be found here, especially in spring and summer: hiking, cycling or even a canoe trip on the nearby river Glan are ideal. In winter, on the other hand, you can go skiing in the surrounding area.

If it should rain, we recommend a visit to the thermal baths in Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg or a trip to neighbouring Kaiserslautern with its museums and shopping opportunities.

The most beautiful thing about Imsbach? It's hard to say - whether it's a romantic walk through the vineyards or a sporting challenge on the Donnersberg - there's something for everyone here. A visit to Imsbach is definitely worth the trip!

Tolle sportliche Tour in wunderschöner Natur. Tolle Tour, vielen Dank
