    Wir sind die Tour in die andere Richtung gefahren. Dadurch waren die Steigungen knackig aber kurz und die abfallenden Passagen sehr lange. Die Beschilderung ist überall wirklich gut. Am besten immer B10 folgen. Die hier eingezeichnete Tour passt perfekt und hat uns super unterstützt. Empfehlenswerter Radweg und schöne Landschaften.

    Wir haben unsere Teilstrecke mit der Fähre von Mörbisch nach Illmitz begonnen und haben von dort aus den ungarischen Teil absolviert. Leider findet man sich zu Beginn (bei Illmitz) nicht gut zurecht. Es sollten ein paar Schilder mit "Grenzübergang" angebracht werden. Auswärtige können mit Ortsnamen nichts anfangen, wenn sie nicht wissen, wo sich dieser Ort befindet. In Ungarn selbst war die Tour perfekt beschildert (ein Hinweis darauf, dass man sich an den EV13 Schildern orientieren soll, wäre vor dem Grenzübergang noch ein guter Hinweis). Der Radweg ist super gut befahrbar und die Schilder mit dem KM-Hinweis bis Mörbisch sind sehr hilfreich und motivierend :-) Wir werden sicher auch noch den Rest dieses Radwegs abradeln.

    Mit etwas beflügelndem Rückenwind haben mein Sohn (13) und ich diese Route auf ihre familientauglichkeit getestet. Das Wetter hat mit kühler Luft und Sonnenschein für viel gute Laune gesorgt. Die sportliche Leistung wurde schließlich nach abendlicher Ankunft am See bei einem der vielen wundervollen Heurigen belohnt.

    Wirklich schöne Tour, wünschenswert wären noch ein paar Infos wie: ein Teil der Strecke ist auf Schotter (vor Podersdorf, sehr fein also auch für Rennräder möglich), in Ungarn ist die Radwegbeschilderung eine große eckige blaue Tafel mit einem weißen Rad. Rust ist bekannt für die vielen Störche auf den Dächern (sieht man wenn man den Hauptplatz quert), Mörbisch ist der Austragungsort der Mörbischer Seefestspiele. vielleicht kann der Autor das noch einarbeiten :) habe 6h gebraucht (mit MTB, 20er Pace). wers kürzer will kann in Illmitz mit der Fähre nach Mörbisch übersetzen, das spart die Hälfte und landschaftlich ist die Österreichische Seite eh wesentlich schöner als die Ungarische.
