Wanderfit - Kneipp educational trail
5.5 km Kneipp educational trail
approx. 1.5 hours walking time
Kneipp stations: 1 Medicinal herb garden, 2 Water treading, 3 Exercise, 4 Healthy nutrition, 5 Rest stop
Health tip: Water treading done properly
Kneipp therapy is good for circulation and the cardiovascular system and strengthens the immune system. Important for these desired effects is the stork walk, with which you step through the cold water. One leg always leaves the water completely, the tip of the foot is tilted downward and dips back in with the next step. Do not overdo the Kneipp treatment – half a minute is completely sufficient. After the Kneipp session, refrain from drying off to achieve the full effect.
