In our winery we grow mainly classic grape varieties such as Burgundy, Silvaner and Riesling. The beginning of our winery dates back to the end of the 19th century. Since then it has grown to eight hectares of vineyard and a selection of up to 16 grape varieties.

Our trust in nature and love for our vines are the cornerstone of our high quality wines and the key to their unique taste. The intensive care of the vines throughout the year and the laborious cutting out of excess grapes by hand, contribute significantly to the optimal aroma ripeness. When the time of harvest has come, most of our grapes are gently harvested with our large harvester. For the higher qualities we work with the finest hand harvest, so that later outstanding wines are created.

Our wines are mainly dry, but we also offer semi-dry and sweet wines. What is also not missing in any winery is the sparkling. From selected wines we produce fine sparkling wines for the special moments in life and for the fruity summer pleasure there is a fruity-fresh Mühlen-Secco.
