The tour begins in "Roman" Eisenberg and leads from there to Göllheim. Passing the "Kerzenheimer Gate," it goes over a rise to Elbisheimerhof and further to Marnheim. The next stop is the "Little Residence" Kirchheimbolanden, where Mozart once stayed. The route continues through the forest and on winding roads to Gerbach. From here, we cross the Appel valley and reach the towns of Sankt Alban, Gaugrehweiler, and Münsterappel.
The journey continues via Kalkofen, Alsenz, and Niedermoschel to Obermoschel, where a visit to the Moschellandsburg ruin is recommended. Following the way back to Alsenz, we drive through the Alsenztal wine-growing area via Obernhof, Mannweiler-Cölln, Bayerfeld-Steckweiler, and Dielkirchen to Rockenhausen, where the museum world invites you to linger. Through Imsweiler and Schweisweiler, we now reach Winnweiler with the well-known Bischoff brewery. The last part of the tour leads back to Göllheim and returns to the starting point Eisenberg through the towns of Alsenbrück-Langmeil, Standenbühl, and Dreisen.
