The route starts at Goldach Station. From here, the path leads on good trails with a slight incline through the village and further through a rural idyll. Then it goes towards Lake Constance, with the route briefly passing through the canton of Thurgau. At the Goldach open-air pool, the shore of Lake Constance is reached.
