Das älteste Haus am Hafenplatz.

Die neugotische Jugendstilfassade wurde um 1900 vom St. Galler Architekten Wendelin Heene realisiert. Um 1470 liess Abt Ulrich Rösch die fürstäbtische «Taverne zum Güldenen Leuen» erbauen, wo sein Stadthalter in Rorschach den Kornmarkt überwachte und später die Leinwandqualitätskontrolle abgehalten wurde. Das Wirtshausschild befindet sich heute im historischen Museum St.Gallen.
