Observation tower Liptovská Lúžna
Pleasant walk along the Lúžňa meanders. The reward is a beautiful view from the observation tower.
The submountain village Liptovská Lúžna is located in the Low Tatras. The tower is just a few minutes' easy walk away. The path leads through a meadow and constantly offers views of the Lúžňa Meanders with clean, slowly flowing water of the Lúžňanka stream. The meandering was formed by a striking reduction of the slope. The stream gives the impression that it flows uphill. The area is a protected natural site covering 1.74 ha. It is situated at an altitude of approximately 880–900 m.
