Drau cycle path detour: Dolce Vita tour

From Villach, you cycle a short stretch along the Drau cycle path before switching to the Gailtal cycle path. At Erlendorf, you leave the Gailtal cycle path towards Arnoldstein, where it then continues to the Italian border. At Thörl-Maglern, you leave Austria and immediately join the separately guided cycle path that accompanies you from Tarvis to Venzone. Along the route, you experience breathtaking views of the river valley and the surrounding mountains. The section between Resiutta and Pietragliata, in particular, is filled with tunnels and bridges from which you can admire the magnificent landscape. In Venzone, you can use the Micotra service to return to your starting point Villach.
