Közép-Garadna kisvasúti megállóhely a Garadna-patak völgyében, a Lillafüredi Pisztrángteleptől mintegy 400 méternyi sétára található. Jól láthatóak az egykori rakodó nyomai, illetve a már csak nyomokban létező második vágány is elő-előbukkan mutatva, hogy itt egykor nagy forgalmat bonyolíthatott a kisvasút.
Közép-Garadna feltételes megállóhely, azaz a vonatok csak akkor állnak itt meg, ha van le- vagy felszálló utas.

- Középgaradna megállóhelyen leszállva az aszfaltúton Lillafüred felé kell elindulni, majd az első lehetőségnél jobbra térni, és átkelni a Garadna-patak hídján (kb. 200 méter séta).

Az aszfaltúton vezetett K+ jelzésen kelet felé Lillafüred érhető el, nyugat felé indulva Bükkszentlélekre vezet a jelzés.
