A szálláshely Sátoraljaújhelytől 10 kilométerre Felsőbereckin, a Bodrog partján várja a túrázás, a vízitúrázás és a kerékpározás szerelmeseit.
Főzésre a kertben lévő fedett főzőhelyen, vagy a tűzrakóhelyeken is lehet, de a turistaház éttermében akár teljes panzió is kérhető. A kertben termő zöldségekből és gyümölcsökből is lehet fogyasztani. A turistaházban tévé, rádió, CD lejátszó is van, az udvarban kerti bútorok gondoskodnak a kényelemről. A szabadidő kellemes eltöltéséhez tollaslabda, pingpong asztal, röplabda- és focipálya és kuglipálya áll a vendégek rendelkezésére, a legkisebbeket homokozó várja. A kemping mellett szobák bérelhetők a területen álló faházban, vagy a turistaházban.
A szálláshely állatbarát, kutya és macska vihető.
A közelben számtalan kikapcsolódási lehetőség vár rátok. Szabadstrand, lovaglás, horgászat, csónakázás mind elérhető, a Bodrog túlpartján halad az Alföldi Kéktúra útvonala.

- A Kossuth u. 97. megállótól észak felé kell indulni, majd balra fordulni a Töltésalja utcába. Az utca másik végén, balra lesz a szálláshely.

Parkolásra van lehetőség a kemping udvarában.
- Megközelíteni Sátoraljaújhely felől a 381-es úton a Bodrogot keresztező hídig, majd a híd után balra letérve a Petőfi Sándor utca - Kossuth u - Töltésalja útvonalon lehet.
