A Gerecse északi lábánál fekvő Dunaszentmiklóson az átjátszótorony köré építettek kilátót, ahonnan körpanorámában gyönyörködhetünk.
A löszfalba vájt pincék felett, az Öreg-hegy oldalában áll a fémből készült, 16 méter magas kilátó. A kilátó átjátszótoronyként is funkcionál, köré építették az öt szinten felvezető széles lépcsősort.
A tetején egy háromszög alapú teraszról nézhetünk körbe: lábunk előtt fekszik az egyutcás szerkezetű, néhány száz fős falu, Dunaszentmiklós, körülötte a Gerecse hegyei. A völgyben fekvő, rendezett sváb faluban érdemes megnézni a Szent Miklósról elnevezett templomot és a tájházat. A kilátótól északra láthatjuk a 2000-es évek elején épült apartmanházakat, az ún. "holland üdülőfalut".
A Gerecse domborulatai közül kelet felé kiemelkedik a 427 méter magas, fokozottan védett Nagy-Somló, délre a Lábas-hegy, keletre pedig a gyalog is könnyen elérhető Látó-hegy és a vicces nevű, de szintén szép kilátással kecsegtető Kőpite-hegy. Észak felé megcsillan a közeli Duna ezüstös szalagja.

- Tatáról busszal utazhatunk ide, a Dunaszentmiklós, autóbusz-váróterem megállónál kell leszállni.

- A buszmegállótól a templom jobb oldalán induljunk el, táblák mutatják az utat. Célszerű a falu nevezetességei, a löszfalba vájt lyukpincék utcáján keresztül megközelíteni a kilátót (500 m).
