Die Oberstdorfer Hammerspitze liegt auf der Grenze zwischen Oberstdorf und der Kleinwalsertal. Unmittelbar daneben liegt die Fiderepasshütte. Der Name des Berges wurde nach einiger Verwirrung von Hammerspitze bzw. Schüsser geändert. Link zum DAV-Artikel zur Namensänderung.
