A Balatonszepezd keleti részén lévő Víriusztelep városrészben található a Viriusi strand. A kisgyerekek szórakozásáról homokozós játszótér gondoskodik a fűvel borított parton.
A vendégek kényelmét vizesblokk, baba-mama szoba, öltöző, szolár zuhanyzó biztosítja. A strandolókat a füves területen sportpálya, fitness park, a gyerekeket játszótér várja. A vízben fürdőzőkre a Balatoni Vízimentő Szolgálat figyel.
Autóval nem lehet közvetlenül a strandnál parkolni, ezért elsősorban a tömeget elkerülők és a helyiek használják előszeretettel.

Nyitvatartási időn kívül a terület szabadstrandként működik.

Public transport
- A strandhoz a legközelebb busszal jutunk: a helyközi járatokról a Balatonszepezd, Viriusz telep megállónál kell leszállni.

Directions
- A buszmegállóból induljunk Szepezd felé, majd nagyjából 300 m múlva elérjük a lépcsőt, ami levezet a strandhoz.
Parking
- Közvetlenül a strandnál nem tudunk parkolni. Legközelebb a főúttal szemközti Üdülő utcában, vagy egyéb környékbeli utcákban tudunk parkolni. A strandhoz az Üdülő utcával szemben át kell kelni a forgalmas főúton. A szemközti oldalon a szalagkorlátot megszakították néhány méterre, ahol a lépcső indul a part felé. Különösen legyünk óvatosak, mivel az úton nincs zebra!
