A templom egyenes szentélyzáródású, egyhajós, román stílusú lehetett, és a 13-14. század fordulóján építhették. Ma a szentély falait és a hajó falainak kis részeit láthatjuk csupán. A falu – és vele együtt feltehetően a templom is – az 1600-as években, a török hódítás alatt pusztulhatott el.
A rom mellett egy tájékoztató táblát, valamint egy rozoga padot is találunk asztallal, előttük tűzrakó hellyel. A rom melletti fák közül pont rálátunk a Csobáncra, de ha néhány méterrel feljebb megyünk, még szélesebb panoráma tárul fel.

- A helyközi buszokról a Káptalantóti, kultúrház megállóban szálljunk le.

- A buszmegállótól induljunk délre a főúton, majd kanyarodjunk balra a Rózsadomb utcán. Innen a KL jelzést kövessük egyenesen az aszfaltról földútra váltó utcán (1,4 km).
Parking
- A Rózsadomb utca folytatásában autóval is fel lehet menni a romhoz, de az út vége nem túl jó minőségű földút. Jobban járunk, ha az aszfaltos rész végénél hagyjuk az autónkat, és onnan sétálunk.
