Pre milovníkom slovenskej prírody, vodných plôch a rybárov je toto miesto rajom na zemi.

Rožkovianske rybníky sa nachádzajú v malebnej obci Lipany. Predstavujú sústavu rybníkov s celkovou plochou 0.23ha. V súčasnosti ich využíva hlavne Slovenský rybársky zväz ako chovné rybníky .

Ich kráse však počas letných horúčav nedokážu odolať ani obyvatelia z blízkeho okolia a využívajú ich hlavne na rekreačné účely. Rybníky však nie sú určené na plávanie, no opaľovať sa či piknikovať na ich brehu, Vám zakázať nemôže nikto.

Okolie je skutočne nádherné a má čo ponúknuť v letom aj zimnom období, aj preto by bola škoda ho trochu neprebádať. Vydať sa môžete na pešiu turistiku a spoznávať prekrásne prírodné úkazy.
