Dürkheimer Riesenfass
This parking lot offers a total of 254 free parking spaces (max. 3 hours) around the clock on the Wurstmarkt grounds.
The parking lot is divided into a free area with limited parking duration and a paid area. The regulations for the areas are as follows:
Area P1: Riesenfass
The western parking area in front of the Riesenfass, between Schlossgartenstraße and Weinstraße Nord, consists of 254 parking spaces and remains free of charge. The maximum parking duration is a maximum of 3 hours, which is evidenced by a parking disc.
Area P2: Salinarium / Therme
On the eastern parking surfaces, 1,120 parking spaces are available.
Fees are applicable from Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) from 0:00 to 24:00. The parking fees are structured as follows: €3 for an 8-hour ticket, €5 for a 24-hour ticket, €25 for a monthly ticket (valid for 31 days).
Parking Tickets
Parking tickets can be activated at five machines by entering the license plate number or via the mobile app "Parkster," eliminating the need to return to the vehicle. A payment receipt can be printed when paying at the machines. Payment can be made in cash or with a debit card at the machine or mobile via the "Parkster" app.
Guests of the Salinarium can purchase a special short-term ticket at the machine (30 minutes with license plate registration) and get activated for the day by the staff when buying the entrance ticket.
Buses can park free of charge. There are no further exceptions for residents and local residents.
For motorhomes, parking is permitted between 7 AM and 10 PM. Outside of these hours, motorhomes can use the motor home parking space "In der Silz."

Before, during and after the Dürkheim Sausage Market, the parking lot is closed.
The parking lot is partially closed in November due to the tree trade fair taking place there.

25 € for a monthly ticket (validity 31 days)
Payment can be made via the "Parkster" app, in cash (coins), or contactless with a card or smartphone.
Buses can park free of charge. There are no further exceptions for residents and local businesses.
