"NANU" - Guided tours for nature discoverers

The slopes of the Leitha Mountains are a very special habitat. With a view over the reed belt and the open water areas of Lake Neusiedl, the meadows and forests above Purbach offer on the one hand an impressive overview and insight into the small Hungarian lowlands - at the same time, the dry grasslands are botanically, ecologically and zoologically fascinating and always worth a visit. Accompanied by a nature educator from the nanu association, depending on the season, plants such as dwarf iris and burnt orchid or animals such as yellowhammer, red-backed shrike and praying mantis can be discovered. For nature explorers of all ages.
