Vysunutá expozícia Múzea SNP z Banskej Bystrice, ktorá pripomína tragédiu vypálenia obce Kalište.
Osada Kalište patrila medzi centrá tzv. Partizánskej republiky. Kvôli pomoci partizánom bola 18. marca 1945 vypálená nacistami. Zavraždených bolo 13 obyvateľov a zhorelo 42 domov. Život v obci ako jedinej spomedzi tých, ktoré postihol rovnaký osud, nebol obnovený.
Pamätnú expozíciu tvoria zrekonštruované objekty - 2 domčeky, malá zvonička, základy zhorených domov a pamätník. Počas výročia SNP si bývalí obyvatelia a ich potomkovia pripomínajú pamiatku padlých priamo na mieste. Súčasťou je náučný chodník "Ako žili Kališťania" (2008).
Prístup: autom, na bicykli
Otváracie hodiny: od 19. mája každý deň okrem pondelka od 10:00 – 17:00 hod
V prípade nepriaznivého počasia expozícia otvorená nie je. Upozorňujeme na zníženú kvalitu prístupových ciest.
