A kilátóteraszt az apátsággal sétaút köti össze, a közelben pedig tanösvényen tájékozódhatunk Pannonhalma érdekességeiről. A tanösvényhez tartozó, a fák lombkoronája fölé kinyúló, közel 80 méter hosszú sétányról az alattunk elterülő táj szépségét élvezhetjük.
A fém tartószerkezetű, fával borított sétány az egyik legrégibb keresztény szimbólum, a hal formáját kapta. A hal farka a feljáró, amely a tanösvényről indul, és a lejáró ugyanerre a tanösvényre vezeti vissza a látogatót. A hal fejénél lévő kilátópontról Pannonhalma házaira és a mögötte elterülő dimbes-dombos tájra, a Sokoróra látunk rá.
A lombkoronaösvényt,a Kisalföldi Erdőgazdaság Zrt. építette. Volt itt kilátó is, ezt előbb lezárták, majd 2026-ban lebontották.
