Die Gemeinde Stötten a.Auerberg mit 28 Weilern, am Westfuß des 1055 m hohen Auerbergs, liegt eingebettet in einer herrlichen Landschaft mit facettenreicher Natur, Kultur und Geschichte.
Der Moos-Erlebnis-Pfad in Stötten a.Auerberg ist ein besonderes Erlebnis für die ganze Familie. Spielerisch wird die hohe Bedeutung der Moore für den Arten- und Biotopschutz, für Boden und Klima, aber auch für den wichtigen Wasserhaushalt verdeutlicht.
Auf gut beschilderten Wanderwegen kann man die nähere Umgebung des Ortes erkunden, durchs Gennachtal oder über den Römerweg zum Gipfel des sagenumworbenen Auerbergs wandern.
