The trail starts at the Grundlehen parking lot in Ellmautal and leads first through the forest and then across wide alpine meadows to the Ellmaualm. From there, it continues past the unmanned Henerbichlalm to the Trögseen lakes. Especially in midsummer, these small mountain lakes invite you to take a refreshing break and dip your feet in the water. The tour can also be combined with a visit to the Gründegg.
