A pályák mentén találunk büfét, melegedőt, kölcsönzőt és értékmegőrzőket is. A Zákonyi utcai illetve a Vitorlás téri jégpályán lehet belépőt váltani, a tér alatti parkolóházban pedig letehetjük autónkat. A saját korcsolyával rendelkezők a Tourinform Irodában és a Tigris bisztróban is tudnak elővételes jegyet vásárolni sorba állás nélkül.
A pálya jégminősége kitűnő, ám három óránként egyórás karbantartást végeznek rajta annak érdekében, hogy mindig tükörsima felületen lehessen korcsolyázni. A fedetlen pályának az eső nem árt, viszont 10-12 fok felett a jég már károsodik, ezért a pálya működése részben függ az időjárástól. Az aktuális nyitvatartást érdemes a pálya FB-oldalán követni.
A tervek szerint a műjégpálya január végéig biztosan üzemel.

szombaton:
- 10:00-12:30
- 14:00-16:30
- 18:00-21:00
A nyitvatartás változhat, ezért indulás előtt érdemes a honlapon vagy a Facebook oldalon ellenőrizni.
Price:
- felnőtt: 2900 Ft
- diák, nyugdíjas: 2200 Ft
- gyermek (3-6 év): 1300 Ft
A helyi lakosoknak kedvezmény jár a belépő árából.
Egyebek:
- kölcsönzés - felnőtt: 2000 Ft
- kölcsönzés - gyermek (6 éves korig): 1100 Ft
- korcsolya élezés: 2500 Ft
- pingvin bérlés: 1500 Ft/fél óra (+1500 Ft akució)

- A helyközi buszjáratokkal érkezve a Balatonfüred, hajóállomás megállónál szálljunk le.
