Az Ádám–Éva-fa két összenőtt példányból, egy vastagabb (Ádám) és egy vékonyabb (Éva) fából állt. Utóbbi már korábban kidőlt, és nem maradt nyoma, míg Ádámot egy tűz miatt érte utol a végzete. 2013-ban az addig többé-kevésbé épen maradt, noha már korhadó törzs egy nagyobb esőzés után több darabra tört.
Az erdészet mementóként a parton hagyta a fa maradványát, így napjainkban a több száz éves famatuzsálem kiszáradt, üreges törzse kínál remek játszóteret a szurdokban túrázó gyerekeknek. Azóta egy hagyományos híd is megépült mellette – ez lett a Gaja-szurdok leghosszabb átkelője.

- A buszmegállóból a bekötőúton érjük el az Országos Kéktúra K jelzését, majd azt követve a patak partján sétálva juthatunk a fához (2,4 km, 61 m szintemelkedés).
- A Gaja-völgyi Tájcentrum parkolójától a K+ egyenesen elvezet a Gaja patakon át a fához (1,1 km, 9 m szintemelkedés).

- Legközelebb a Fehérvárcsurgó felől elérhető Gaja-völgyi Tájcentrum parkolójában hagyhatjuk az autót.
