If it hadn’t hailed in late 1972, we wouldn’t be able to offer you the variety of spirits and liqueurs we do today. Our fruit at that time was so damaged that we couldn’t sell it as it was. The only sensible way forward was to refine it through distillation. Thus, in 1972, our distillery was established, which over time led to a rich assortment – for you! Since then, much has changed: Our offerings have been continuously expanded, and today we can provide you with over 40 different brandies, spirits, and liqueurs that meet the highest standards – numerous awards confirm this.
A “crazy idea” helped us to a further pillar of our business in 1984. Our “Original Pfaffmann's Wine Jelly” was born. What initially started as a small, personal gift for friends quickly found so many enthusiasts that a new branch of the business developed from it.
