The distillery originated from the necessity to use the fruit (fruit trees in the enclosure and 1 hectare of meadow orchards) in a meaningful way.
With the purchase of the distillery in 2005, a lot of reading, some trainings about distilling, as well as tasting distillates, the necessity began to develop into a real passion.
With a clear conscience, a pure natural product from which you can clearly and easily smell / taste the fruit is the reward for many hours of work.
Tasting and purchase is possible by telephone agreement.
