Punta Falconera ist ein Kap in der katalonischen Gemeinde Roses, an der Costa Brava. Es befindet sich im Süden der Halbinsel Cap de Creus und am nördlichen Ende des Golfes von Roses. Es trennt die Bucht von Montjoi im Osten und die Buchten von Canyelles Grosses und Canyelles Petites im Westen. Seinen Namen verdankt es der historischen Präsenz von Falken in der Region.
Die Ausbuchtung dieses Kaps ist der südlichste Punkt der Halbinsel Cap Creus und ermöglicht durch die Wirkung von Meer und Wind eine sandige Küste im Osten und andererseits eine felsige im Westen.
Die Punta Falconera liegt innerhalb des Naturparks Cap de Creus.
