A Jegenye utcai szabadstrandot Zamárdi-felsőn találjuk. A kis alapterületű strandon találunk büfét, de más szolgáltatásra ne nagyon számítsunk, ahogy árnyékra se. Gyors fürdésre és napozásra viszont kitűnően megfelelő hely.
A Munkácsy Mihály és Jegenye utca végén található szabadstrand Zamárdi-felső városrészben található. A zamárdi strandon működik büfé, és egy sövénnyel elkerített homokos röplabdapálya is, ahol a nagyobbak is játszhatnak, míg a kisebbek az öbölben úsznak. A strandról egy nádasokkal védett kis öbölbe jutunk, ahol fokozatosan mélyül a víz. A hagyományos lépcsőn kívül egy hosszú stégen át is a vízbe juthatunk.

  • A buszmegálló a vasúttal szemben áll meg, át kell kelni a vasúti átjárón, és a Jegenye utcán lesétálni a partig.
