Balatonfenyves második legnagyobb strandja a község keleti részén fekvő Csalogány közi szabadstrand. A közel 400 méter hosszan elnyúló partszakasz környékét pázsit fedi, a strand területén fák sorakoznak, ám közepe leginkább napozásra alkalmas tisztás.

A strandon játszótér vár a gyerekekre, emellett vendéglátóegységek, mosdók, zuhanyzók állnak a vendégek rendelkezésére. A vizesblokkok épületében fizetős értékmegőrzőt is találunk.

- A szezonban a szabadstrand hivatalos nyitvatartása alatt mindennap 10:00 és 18:00 között strandfelügyelő dolgozik, és vöröskeresztes elsősegélynyújtók (2 fő) látják el a feladatukat.

- Helyközi buszokkal a Balatonfenyves, Tömörkény utca megállóig utazzunk.
- Ha vonattal érkezünk, Alsóbélatelep állomásnál szálljunk le.

- A buszmegállónál lévő vasúti átjárón óvatosan átkelünk, majd az Árnyas vagy a Noszlopy utcán lesétálunk a partra (400 m).
- A vonatállomástól induljunk el nyugati irányba, azaz Balatonfenyves felé induljunk el a Béla király úton. 500 méter után kanyarojunk be jobbra a Noszlopy utcába, az utca végén találjuk a strandot (650 m).

- A strand körüli utcákban lehet parkolni.
