In der Nähe der Hörnerbahn gelegen, ist das Berghaus Schwaben beliebter Ausgangs- und Zielpunkt für Berg- und Skitouren. Die Ruhe ums Haus und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung locken müde Wanderer und Bergurlauber in das Haus. Auch für Veranstaltungen und Feiern ist das Berghaus Schwaben geeignet. Das kulinarische Angebot reicht von herzhaften Brotzeiten über einen gutbürgerlichen Mittagstisch bis zu hausgemachten Kuchen. Die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten teilen sich in Doppel-, Drei- und Vierbettzimmer sowie 10er Lager auf. Eine Übernachtung muss im Voraus und kann nur mit Halbpension gebucht werden.
Leider ist eine Anreise mit eigenem PKW oder eine EC-Kartenzahlung nicht möglich.
