- Gyöngyösről autóbusszal a Mátraszentimre, Rudolftanyai elágazás megállóig, onnan gyalog. A busz menetideje körülbelül 45 perc.

- A buszmegállótól induljatok keletre a 2408 sz. úton, majd körülbelül 100 méter múlva forduljatok enyhén balra a Rudolftanyai útra (K kerékpáros jelzés). Körülbelül 500 méter után forduljatok enyhén jobbra az ösvényre. 1 kilométer után éritek el a S kerékpáros jelzést, ezen forduljatok enyhén jobbra és maradjatok ezen az úton, míg el nem éritek a Rudolf-tanyát.

A Galyatetőre vezető közútról a Rudolf-tanyai leágazónál kell lekanyarodni. Itt található a Mogyorós oromi kerékpáros pihenőhely. Innen aszfaltozott erdészeti úton közelíthető meg.
(Fontos: több GPS-es alkalmazás közvetlenül a 24-es számú közútról, az Imrédy kanyartól a sorompóval lezárt erdészeti úton navigálna be Rudolf-tanyára, ez az út azonban személykocsival nem járható; így mindenképpen a galyatetői út felől érdemes megközelíteni.) Télen téli gumi, hólánc ajánlott. - A ház mellett tudtok parkolni.
