A Mátra északi oldalán, csodálatos természeti környezetben fekszik Parádsasvár, ahol a Fenyő Vendégház gyalogos és kerékpáros túrák ideális kiindulópontja lehet.
A vendégházban négy, saját fürdőszobás és tévével felszerelt szoba és egy apartman található, összesen 14 főnek kínál kényelmes szálláslehetőséget. A szobák közül az egyik 4 ágyas (egy franciaágy és egy emeleteságy), van egy 3 ágyas (egy dupla ágy és egy szimpla ágy) és két 2 ágyas (franciaágy). A szobákhoz egy közös, felszerelt konyha és egy étkező/társalgó tartozik. A 2 fős apartman saját teakonyhával rendelkezik. A vendégház tágas udvarán lehet grillezni és bográcsozni, az elkészült ételeket a fedett kiülő alatt, vagy a ház teraszán is elfogyaszthatjuk. A kisebbeket játszótér várja. Előzetes egyeztetéssel félpanziós ellátás is kérhető.
