Weingut Georgium

The lake begins right outside the door. Behind it, the vineyard. In between, our guests reside.

For a few days, the Georgium will be your home between the vineyard and the lake. In the morning, a jump into the water, during the day the slowness of the winery, and a landscape so beautiful that you can never get enough of it. In the evening, fresh vegetables from the garden, and if you like, also a wonderful slow-food dinner and natural wine from our own production. And perhaps then on your own terrace, a glass for two.

Our cozy bedrooms are equipped with clay plaster and wall heating, lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. We enjoy living authentically, stylishly, and with architectural sophistication.
Expertly restored antique farmhouse cabinets and high-quality craftsmanship in the bathrooms. Hidden details in every corner. And most importantly: the best sleep on natural mattresses from a Carinthian manufactory.

Nestled in a region that represents the historical, cultural, and culinary center of Carinthia. In summer, the lake, mountains, golfing, cycling along the Carinthian lake loop, and excursions into the Alpe Adria region entice. In winter, ice skating, sledding uphill, snowshoe hiking, and skiing.

We are also bookable as an entire house. If you are looking for tranquility for yourself and your group, appreciate the best organic farm-to-table meals, and enjoy wonderful wines and sparkling water from our own production, then you will fit wonderfully in this place. We offer accommodation for 16 guests + kids. Culinary, we can cater for up to 40 guests.
