A házban egy apartman és három szoba található, a szobákhoz egy közös konyha tartozik. Az apartman összkomfortos, külön fürdővel, felszerelt konyhával és egy szobával, amiben egy faranciaágy és egy kihúzhatós kanapé van. A szobák közül az egyik 2 fős (1 db kétszemélyes ággyal). a másik 4 fős (1 franciaágy és 1 kihúzható kanapé), a harmadik pedig 5 fős, családok számára ideális (1 franciaágy, 1 kihúzható kanapé és 1 szimpla ágy). Minden szobához saját fürdő tartozik. Tévé nincs a házban. A vendégek az udvarra is kiülhetnek, ahol 2 asztal van padokkal és napernyővel.
A szálláshely önellátó. Több éttermet is pár száz méteren belül, egy boltot pedig 50 méterre találhattok.

- Vonattal a Balatonszentgyörgy–Tapolca–Ukk és a Székesfehérvár–Tapolca vasútvonalon közelíthető meg Tapolca.
- Autóbusszal Hévíz felől, Győrből, Ajkáról, Sümegről, Budapestről is megközelíthető Tapolca autóbusz-állomás.

Directions
- A vasútállomást elhagyva a K jelzést követhetjük. Átvágunk a parkon, elmegyünk a temető mellett, majd jobbra tartunka a Hősök tere - Deák Ferenc utca felé. Az autóbusz-állomás déli oldalához érve átmegyünk az állomáson, az Ady Endre úton jobbra fordulunk, onnan a a második keresztutca balra már a Glázer utca. Kb. 1,2 km összesen.
- Az autóbusz állomástól kevesebb mint 300 métert kell gyalogolnunk a szálláshelyig. Az állomásról észak felé indulva kimegyünk az Ady Endre útig. Ott jobbra fordulunk és a második keresztutca balra már a Glázer utca, ahol a vendégház van.
- Az Országos Kéktúra útvonala a tapolcai vasútállomást elhagyva elvisz minket az autóbusz-állomás déli oldaláig. Ha átvágunk az állomáson, akkor kb. 250 métert kell megtennünk a vendégházig, a fentiek szerint.

- Tapolca a 77-es úton közelíthető meg autóval.
- A vendégháznál ingyenesen parkolhatunk.
