Pěkná salaš nacházející se vlevo kousek pod hlavním mezi vrcholy Ploská (1 532 m) a Kýšky (1 340 m) na Velké Fatře. Kolem této salaše prochází rovněž žlutá turistická značka, která vede do Zelené doliny a následně do obce Liptovské Revúce. Koliba je díky své výhodné poloze těsně pod hlavním hřebenem Velké Fatry oblíbeným místem k noclehům během přechodu hlavního hřebene Velké Fatry. Asi hodinu chůze od této salaše se nachází známá a v pravém slova smyslu jediná horská turistické chata Velké Fatry - chata pod Borišovom.
