Through Necpaly valley

A cycle trip starting in the village of Necpaly, where you can stop by the Small hydroelectric power plant, visit the Municipal Museum - Notary's office, or the Church of St. Ladislav. It is an easy cycling trip to enjoy natural beauty, running along the Necpaly stream. The cycle route passes near the Necpaly spring Lazce - a source of quality drinking water supplied to a large part of Turiec.

Along the entire route, you can enjoy steep slopes and rocky cliffs surrounding the nearby forests, which provide partial shade during the trip. We also recommend visiting the Revúcky mill waterfall, located about 5 minutes' walk from Balcierov. With an elevation gain of 390 meters, this cycle route is also suitable for families with children, who can extend it with a rest in one of the gazebos.
